Enterprise Test Automation Expert

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
• 4–6 years of automated testing experience.
• At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Copado suites, robotic testing, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium.
• Knowledge of PDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience testing front-end and back-end web services.
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development, data models, and test documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering technical solutions in large projects.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior testers.
• Commitment to progress, ownership of decisions, and reliable delivery.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Selenium, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence (explicitly noted as preferred).

• Build and deliver an automation framework from scratch using Copado.
• Cover smoke, end-to-end, UAT, regression, and unit testing during continuous deployment phases.
• Design test cases, plans, and strategies for functional, integration, and regression scenarios.
• Execute automated and manual functional tests and support stakeholders during UAT.
• Perform API testing and validate integrations across Salesforce and Workday.
• Write and maintain functional and non-functional UI and API test suites for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Document daily results in dashboards, highlighting defects, risks, and improvement recommendations.

Release & CI/CD support:

• Assess release readiness and participate in CI/CD deployment cycles.
• Collaborate with DevOps, release management, and Corporate Systems teams on roadmap projects and BAU activities.
• Align unit-level test coverage to support timely delivery of corporate platform releases.
