• Experience coordinating or conducting IT tests.
• Knowledge of the testing process, defect management, and test documentation creation.
• Experience cooperating with business and IT teams.
• Good work organization and communication skills.
• ISTQB certification and knowledge of Jira and Xray are desirable.

• Plan and coordinate tests in projects related to complaint solutions.
• Create strategies, test plans, schedules, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Organize and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business participation.
• Supervise test execution, report progress, manage defects, and monitor their resolution.
• Identify quality risks and recommend improvements.
• Support implementations and verify system functionality after changes.
• Develop QA processes.
• Collaborate with analysts, business, and IT teams.
• Perform hybrid work with 5 days in the office monthly.

Work in Warsaw in hybrid mode with 5 days monthly in office required.
