Quality Engineer

• 4–7 years of Quality Assurance experience, including 3–4 years with Robot Framework.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Tosca, or similar automation tools.
• Experience in UI, API, and data validation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and XRAY for test management, traceability, and defect management.
• Experience creating formal testing documentation and working in regulated or GxP environments.
• Enterprise SaaS testing experience and basic API and integration validation knowledge.
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience.
• Strong written English for audit-facing documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in API testing.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Design and maintain Robot Framework and additional automated test scripts for Veeva Vault and MuleSoft integrations.
• Automate functional, regression, UI, API, and data validation testing and execute test suites before releases.
• Analyze test results, triage failures, manage defects, and maintain traceability using Jira and XRAY.
• Prepare Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Summary Reports, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with configuration and integration teams and provide coverage metrics.
• Support GxP and CSV-aligned validation by producing audit-ready evidence.
