• 2–4 years experience in quality assurance.
• Interest in the financial services industry.
• Experience with automation frameworks, especially Selenium or Playwright.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Ability to design, create, and maintain automated tests.
• Interest in AI-supported testing tools, self-healing tests, AI-generated tests, and visual testing.
• Good understanding of QA principles across the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to review requirements and identify inconsistencies with team assistance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills, punctuality, and higher education or equivalent experience.

• Support user acceptance testing and product deployment under supervision.
• Design, create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.

• Adhere to SDLC standards and maintain documentation and test traceability.
• Document findings, assist in root cause analysis, and monitor corrective actions.
• Create quality metrics reports and support risk assessment and governance processes.
• Work full-time in a hybrid model, currently allowing up to 2 days remote work per week.
