Senior Test Lead

We are a Polish software company founded by engineers in 2010. We provide complete development teams, individual engineers, and outsourcing projects in agile models focused on software development. Technical specializations include Java, JavaScript, .NET, Kotlin, Python, QA, and DevOps. The company operates in Cracow, Warsaw, and Munich serving over 75 clients in fintech, telco, e-commerce, travel & airlines, automotive, logistics, and banking sectors. The company employs over 500 engineers with an average of 11 years experience.

• Experience as a Test Lead or similar leadership role in QA.
• Experience defining test strategies and managing end-to-end test processes.
• Practical knowledge of mobile test automation for Android and iOS.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber BDD.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2) and Polish (minimum B2).
• Ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Defining and developing test strategies for iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Managing end-to-end testing process including test planning, work estimation, and risk management.
• Coordinating and supporting the QA team.
• Building, developing, and maintaining mobile test automation frameworks.
• Coordinating functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Managing defect tracking and reporting quality and testing metrics.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Engineering Leads.
• Co-creating QA standards, performing manual and exploratory testing, and validating system integrations.
• Working with tools such as Java, Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Postman, Insomnia, and SQL.
