Senior Data Scientist

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist or AI Engineer.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI Agent frameworks.
• Experience building production AI systems and scalable AI solutions.
• Solid software engineering background and experience with data analysis and AI product development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• Upper-intermediate+ English.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive and independent working style, structured approach, teamwork, and ability to explain complex technical concepts.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• German or Spanish language skills.

• Design and develop autonomous AI agent systems for the insurance domain.
• Build production-ready solutions using Multi-Agent Systems, LLMs, RAG, and Computer Vision.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies.
• Develop scalable AI products for international markets.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers.
• Lead solutions from architecture and proof of concept through production deployment.
• Participate in building proprietary AI models for insurance.
