Senior Tester with Python

The platform processes over 7,000 transactions per second across more than 3,000 cloud servers, requiring strong Quality Engineering, automation, observability, and responsible use of AI-assisted testing.

• 4+ years in QA, Quality Engineering, or SDET roles, including test design, automation, execution, and defect analysis.
• Strong Python experience for automation, tooling, data processing, or framework development.
• Experience testing backend, API, integration, and regression scenarios in distributed or high-volume systems.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix, Git, XML, XPath, regular expressions, shell scripting, and log analysis.
• Understanding of risk-based testing, shift-left quality, exploratory testing, test data management, and flaky-test investigation.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering or QA tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, pytest, Robot Framework, JUnit/TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Java, Groovy, or C++ test tooling.
• Knowledge of REST-assured, Postman, contract testing, service virtualization, or schema validation.
• Experience with JMeter, Gatling, k6, or other performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with cloud, containers, Kubernetes, observability, security, accessibility, or resilience testing.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps-oriented teams with strong ownership and prioritization skills.

• Design, execute, and maintain automated tests for backend, API, integration, regression, and performance-critical scenarios.
• Build reliable automation frameworks integrated with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve test design, test data preparation, failure analysis, and automation maintenance.
• Analyze logs, metrics, traces, and test results to identify regressions, risks, and reliability gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to prevent defects and resolve issues efficiently.
• Drive shift-left, shift-right, and continuous improvement practices across the delivery lifecycle.
