Product Owner - Mobile products (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They develop new functionalities or build software from scratch for their clients and support clients with recruitment of specialists through bodyleasing.

• Experience in product management or as a Product Owner for at least 4 years, including mobile projects
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives within a project portfolio
• Practical experience in business analysis and pre-implementation evaluations
• Skills in backlog management including user story creation and prioritization based on business value
• Proficiency in English to enable fluent communication

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, including mobile projects
• Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within a project portfolio
• Conducting business analyses and preparing pre-implementation assessments
• Backlog management: writing precise user stories and business-value-oriented prioritization
• English language proficiency for fluent communication (possible trips to the bank's HQ)

The cooperation model is outsourcing contract with Neontri. The work mode is hybrid requiring physical presence in the Warsaw office once per week. Payment is specified in PLN with VAT. The recruitment process consists of two stages: a short phone interview with HR and an online technical talk with the client.
