• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis-related position
• Higher education in economics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
• Very good practical knowledge of SQL
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Ability to analyze data, connect facts, and draw accurate conclusions
• Comfortable presenting results of analyses
• Ability to independently plan work and organize task execution
• Responsible, engaged, and open to new challenges
• Good teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Oracle SQL
• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Knowledge of VBA and experience automating work in Excel
• Experience in the banking or financial sector

• Preparing reports and analyses for the bank's needs
• Creating business models
• Analyzing data and formulating recommendations on optimal solutions
