Customer Success Manager/Key Account Manager

We’re Traffit - a team of 26 people building recruitment software used by 800+ clients worldwide, including Randstad, Volkswagen, and Kubota. We operate in HR tech, currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion where every team member shapes our next steps.

• Solid experience in Customer Success and recruitment or Sales with upselling experience
• Fluent communication in Polish and English (minimum B2 level; C1 preferred)
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with mandatory presence in Gdynia office on Tuesdays
• Ability to connect product features with customer goals
• Understanding of business metrics like MRR, GRR, CSAT, churn risk, adoption, and renewal rates
• Experience with tools such as Intercom, Custify CRM, and Clickup
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
• Team player mentality

• Listen to users and solve their problems with real value
• Identify natural opportunities for upselling
• Onboard new clients and run training sessions
• Support customers via email, phone, and chat
• Collaborate with the tech team on complex issues
• Collect feedback and drive product improvements
• Monitor customer engagement and address decreases
• Check in regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Look for ways to grow customer relationships
• Manage contract renewals smoothly
• Track KPIs and contribute to team development

The role requires presence in the Gdynia office once a week on Tuesdays; this is mandatory and not flexible. Applicants must be fluent in Polish and English, with language skills at least at B2 and preferably C1 level. The position is not suitable for junior candidates or those preferring fully remote work.
