• Technical vocational education is preferred
• Patience and accuracy

• Experience in similar position working with composite structures is a plus

• Preparing surfaces for painting including cleaning and puttying elements
• Masking painted surfaces
• Assisting during painting
• Polishing, drying and curing painted surfaces
• Maintaining quality of prepared elements before and after painting
• Cleaning and maintaining painting tools and equipment
• Collaborating with painters and team members in production
• Performing other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
