Junior Customer Operations Specialist

WhitePress® is a company operating in digital marketing, developing a platform focused on SEO, link building, article publication, copywriting, and influencer marketing. Their services target clients such as interactive agencies, SEO agencies, media houses, and companies in the e-PR sector. The company employs over 200 people and is an international organization.

• Communicative and able to easily establish contacts.
• Able to work in a team and support others.
• Proficient in writing emails and conducting telephone conversations.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working within Google Workspace and internet environment.
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

• Support clients and partners with inquiries about the platform, orders, and available functionalities.
• Monitor order execution and publication processes, inform clients about changes or issues, and escalate complex matters to relevant teams.
• Verify basic compliance of content and publications with order terms and maintain data and history of inquiries in used systems.
• Support onboarding of new clients and users.
• Assist in preparing simple reports, summaries, and settlements.
• Support testing of new platform functionalities and report observed errors and irregularities.
