Senior Talent Advisor – Project Management Recruitment

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably agency, consultancy, outsourcing, or RPO.
• Strong experience in recruiting Project and Program Management professionals across business areas.
• Good understanding of different Project Manager profiles and ability to assess fit for projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Strong sourcing and direct search skills.
• Confidence in working directly with clients and Hiring Managers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Proactive, independent, and business-oriented approach.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Recruiting Project Managers, Program Managers, PMO, and Transformation professionals across various business areas.
• Understanding different project environments and translating business needs into candidate profiles.
• Conducting kick-off and calibration meetings with clients and Hiring Managers.
• Proactively sourcing and approaching candidates using direct search methods and various channels.
• Conducting competency-based interviews assessing project experience including scope, stakeholder management, governance, risk, timelines, and collaboration.
• Preparing high-quality candidate recommendations and managing communication during recruitment.
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and developing a strong Project Management talent network.
• Cooperating closely with the recruitment team and sharing market knowledge and sourcing insights.
