Junior/ E-commerce & Performance Specialist

They serve 150+ clients in 30 markets and operate a strong e-commerce agency that supports 45+ e-commerce brands across media, analytics, technology, and development.

• Minimum one year of marketing experience in an agency, including coordination of multichannel performance campaigns
• Ability to draw conclusions from diverse data
• Knowledge of online media market and current trends
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, AdReal, Mediapanel, SimilarWeb
• Openness to using AI tools
• Communicative proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to establish contacts and build long-term relationships

• Support in executing development strategies for key e-commerce clients
• Coordinate performance campaigns within selected online channels
• Collaborate with specialists in SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Buying, publishers, SEO, analytics, and creative teams
• Report and analyze campaign results
• Build client relationships and develop quality media activities for branding and sales
