• Higher technical education
• Experience in construction, industrial, or agricultural investment projects
• Knowledge of investment process and construction law
• Ability to work with technical documentation
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office suite
• Independence, good organization, and communication skills

• Coordinate investment projects from preparation to handover
• Supervise work of contractors, schedule, budget, and quality of execution
• Verify technical, project, and cost documentation
• Collaborate with designers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
• Participate in technical acceptance and handover of investment projects
• Implement technical and organizational improvements in ongoing projects
