• At least 3 years of experience as a Sinequa Developer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Sinequa and other enterprise search platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python.
• Working knowledge of search relevance, NLP, and RAG/GenAI.
• Fluent English in speech and writing for daily team communication.

• Configure the Sinequa platform, design enterprise architecture, and integrate security and access control.
• Connect data sources using specialized connectors and manage content crawling and indexing.
• Optimize search relevance and result ranking using NLP and AI techniques.
• Develop extensions, business logic, and API integrations using Java and Python.
• Implement and expand GenAI and RAG-based applications powered by enterprise data.
