Business Development Manager – Validation & Quality Solutions

We are a leader in technology services for companies in regulated industries with over 24 years of market experience. Our focus areas include Life Sciences, QA, validation, cloud systems, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Salesforce.

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in software implementation projects (SaaS) or services within regulated industries (Life Sciences / Pharma).
• Solid understanding of quality concepts and standards including GMP, GxP, GAMP, Data Integrity, CSA/CSV.
• Proven consultative selling expertise managing complex enterprise accounts and C-suite stakeholders.
• Metric-driven approach to sales pipeline management, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Highly self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and collaborative team player in remote and hybrid environments.
• Excellent command of English (C1/C2); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies across Western Europe and the US, owning and consistently exceeding annual revenue targets.
• Sell validation and qualification services (CSA, CSV, SQA, process validation) and quality software platforms (QMS, EDMS, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, LIMS, eTMF, CTMS).
• Identify, target, and acquire enterprise clients in Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotech, CRO, and CMO sectors.
• Navigate complex enterprise organizational structures, engaging C-level decision-makers and building long-term client relationships.
• Conduct discovery meetings, deliver presentations, craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with the Delivery team.
• Participate in international industry conferences and collaborate with Marketing and Lead Generation teams on targeted digital campaigns.
