Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance within an international company
- Fluency in English (fluency in German is an asset)
- Strong communication skills and a solid customer focus
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- An agile, continuous-improvement mindset
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Finance/Procurement systems (SAP, Coupa a plus)
- Background in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) is an asset
Obowiązki
- Creating purchase requisitions in the system on behalf of business stakeholders
- Monitoring and updating purchase orders (POs)
- Verifying documentation and registering goods receipts (GR) in the system
- Regularly collaborating with the business, Accounts Payable (AP), Payments, and Procurement departments
- Resolving day-to-day operational issues
