Specialist in Onboarding & Due Diligence (Poland / Remote)

ZEN.COM is a smart financial app designed for everyday life, facilitating fast, secure payments, online shopping, and personal finance management with features like cashback, multi-currency account, and purchase protection. The role is part of the new Digital & Mass B2B + Low-Risk E-commerce team launching on 1 September 2026, focused on KYC/KYB, periodic reviews, and e-commerce risk assessments.

• Proven 1–3 years experience in Onboarding, KYC/KYB, or Ongoing Due Diligence within fintech or financial services
• Solid AML/compliance knowledge with understanding of KYC/KYB processes across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
• Hands-on experience with low-risk B2B periodic reviews and eCommerce merchant assessments including MCC assignment and website checks
• Ability to identify risk indicators, perform initial triage, and recognize when to escalate EDD cases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for customer and internal communication
• High accuracy in post-account-opening data verification and detecting discrepancies in transactional or corporate documentation

• Independently conduct standard KYC and KYB across jurisdictions/legal forms
• Execute standard B2B periodic reviews including risk, financial activity, compliance, and documentation updates
• Handle low-risk eCommerce assessments such as business model, transaction history, website checks, MCC assignment, and exposure calculation
• Perform fast triage and transfer suspected EDD cases without executing EDD
• Conduct post-account-opening verification of B2B and eCommerce data
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
• Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to team leader and report recurring issues to SME
• Support onboarding of junior staff and maintain high throughput within SLA
