Junior Publisher Relations Specialist with Spanish

• Strong written and verbal business communication skills with a partner-oriented mindset and professional etiquette.
• Languages: Spanish at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and openness to learning and feedback.
• Basic understanding of content publishing principles and the concept of link building.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Gmail, Sheets, and Docs, along with strong web research skills.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and task management tools like HubSpot and Asana.
• Familiarity with admin panels or order fulfillment workflows (B2B/e-commerce).
• Ability to compile basic data reports and summaries in spreadsheets.

• Sourcing, pre-qualifying, and initiating outreach to potential new media partners (Publisher Acquisition).
• Assisting new publishers during setup and handling daily inquiries about offers, platform use, and billing (Onboarding & Support).
• Verifying and updating offers, pricing, site metrics, and communication history in HubSpot and internal systems (Data & Offer Management).
• Monitoring publications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines (Quality Assurance).
• Preparing basic data summaries and status reports on publisher database growth and activities (Reporting).
