• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Salesforce OmniStudio certification and practical programming experience with this technology.
• Salesforce Industries certification (Telecommunications, Media & Energy) with relevant practical experience.
• Preferred experience working in Agile Release Train (ART) environment at scale.
• Strong understanding of user experience and pragmatic decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in geographically distributed teams, especially with teams in India and Sweden.
• Proficiency in English at B2 or C1 level allowing comfortable communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP is preferred; maximum one-month notice period acceptable.

• Provide long-term support for a Salesforce platform within an international consulting project.
• Manage production incidents and service requests related to Salesforce.
• Handle Salesforce administration tasks including deployments, data fixes, and error corrections.
• Support customer service representatives in Salesforce-related B2B processes from Lead-to-Order to Order-to-Activation.
• Independently complete assigned programming tasks.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and planning sessions.
