Test Manager

YourITeams is an IT services agency established in 2022, with a team size ranging between 51 and 200 employees.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivery management or equivalent roles.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; comfortable with both agile and waterfall approaches.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and standards such as PMI PMBOK® and Agile practices.
• Proven track record delivering projects in international, distributed environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-platform testing from strategy to execution is desirable.

• Develop and maintain QA strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations.
• Design, monitor, and govern development and testing lifecycle across multiple releases.
• Define quality gates and quality KPIs; measure and report on quality status.
• Ensure process compliance and drive continuous process quality improvements.
• Maintain traceability and consistency between work products and configuration items.
• Coordinate release management activities including scope, readiness validation, sign-off, and communications.
• Conduct peer reviews and project quality audits to validate test artefacts and processes.
• Actively manage stakeholder expectations, align resources, and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Lead diverse and often remote teams, establishing effective client relationships and responsibility lines.
• Respond quickly to change and maintain momentum in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Contribute to business development by identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients.
