Project Manager

Randstad Polska is a large international consulting company specializing in comprehensive management and advisory for industrial CapEx projects. The company operates in the BPO industry and has between 1001 and 5000 employees.

• Higher technical education (Master's degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in industrial/CapEx investments (open to candidates with less experience but high growth potential).
• Fluent spoken and written Polish and English (mandatory).
• Willingness to work on-site at client project locations up to 90% of the time, within approximately 120 km commuting distance.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office and MS Project software.
• Goal-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

• Possession of construction licenses.

• Manage and support investment projects (CapEx) in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, FMCG, and metallurgy industries.
• Ensure project objectives are met in terms of safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Represent the investor on construction sites or within dedicated project teams.
• Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress of works and project processes.
• Ensure proper information flow among all investment parties.
• Work flexibly in roles such as Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Work Package Owner depending on client needs and project stage.
