Procurement Sourcing Executive with Italian OR Hungarian

The role is for a Procurement Sourcing Executive to support processes and manage digital sourcing tools in an international and well-known tobacco company.

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement, including sourcing activities, supplier management, and contract negotiation within an international environment
• University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Trade, Procurement, or related fields
• Project management experience from a Procurement perspective
• Fluent command of English and Italian or Hungarian (C1 or higher)
• Strong analytical skills, solid knowledge and experience in using Excel
• Ability to analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and inform strategic sourcing decisions
• Customer-centric approach accompanied with communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow up on projects and deal with business partners of all levels including senior stakeholders
• Proactive approach, self-driven, and able to work independently in a cross-cultural business environment

• Collaborate with company regions, affiliates, and Global Procurement teams to implement category and sourcing strategies
• Lead end-to-end supplier selection processes, including competitive bidding
• Conduct market analysis, prepare and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate supplier submissions, and provide recommendations for supplier selection
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and draft, review, and execute contracts
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, risk mitigation, and value creation
• Perform advanced spend, volume, and market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making
