Recruitment Administrator

We are a Recruitment Hub established in 2012 specialising in IT services. We provide recruitment services to well-known IT companies and support new enterprises entering the Polish job market and building their brand. We recruit exclusively for some of our main clients.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Administrator role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Workday; experience with Goodtime is a plus.
• Available ASAP.
• Ability to coordinate complex logistics and solve problems in a work setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Ability to thrive in an agile, rapidly changing environment.
• Metric-driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies are a plus.

• Organize multiple interviews with candidates, managing all logistical details efficiently.
• Facilitate written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition team during the interview process.
• Work within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), generating reports to enhance workflow and decision-making.
• Identify gaps in recruitment processes and collaborate with stakeholders to address these issues.
• Advocate for candidate experience, providing insights into the applicant's perspective.
• Participate in special projects advancing recruitment team objectives.
