Expansion Project Manager

• Experience managing investment, expansion, network development, or new location projects
• Proven track record from location analysis to investment launch
• Ability to prepare investment analysis, business cases, and budgets
• Experience negotiating property purchase or lease agreements
• Coordination skills for multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with legal and administrative aspects of investments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel within Poland
• Driving license category B
• Hands-on attitude, responsibility for outcomes, entrepreneurial, decisive, and well-organized
• Quick learner with ability to acquire specialized knowledge when needed

Development and location scouting:

• Prepare and implement expansion program in Poland
• Identify and analyze potential locations
• Build an investment pipeline
• Evaluate purchase or lease of existing properties or new investments
• Prepare investment recommendations for the Board

Investment analysis and preparation:

• Coordinate business, technical, legal, and environmental analyses
• Prepare business cases, budgets, and schedules
• Identify risks and gather decision-critical information
• Collaborate with lawyers, technical advisors, environmental experts, and other specialists

Negotiations and implementation:

• Lead negotiations on property purchase or lease
• Coordinate contract processes
• Cooperate with property owners and business partners
• Oversee adaptation of existing facilities
• Work with designers, contractors, authorities, and utilities providers
• Oversee budget, schedule, and timely completion

Launching new locations:

• Coordinate workshop equipment and preparation for operations
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new location teams
• Ensure delivery of fully operational workshops to operational structures

Building expansion model:

• Develop standards for future location development
• Create checklists, documentation, and equipment standards
• Build a database of verified contractors and partners
• Develop repeatable and scalable investment models
