• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, confident in guiding senior leaders and impacted teams.
• A structured, proactive, and empathetic approach to navigating people through change.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across Markets and GBS.

• Lead the overall Change Management workstream for the WX (IFM as a Service) transformation.
• Guide Markets through the transition of workplace and facilities activities to GBS, ensuring readiness and business continuity.
• Manage the shift in roles, responsibilities, and ways of working from local execution to demand, oversight, and service-driven collaboration.
• Support the setup and scaling of GBS as the new IFM service delivery organization, including capability building and onboarding.
• Establish clear ways of working between Markets and GBS, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective performance management.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption across both sides of the transformation.
