Project Manager

Euro-Tax S.A. is a company specializing in foreign tax settlements, having recovered 999 million PLN in taxes for over 50,000 Poles. The company operates offices in Poznań and Wrocław and supports employees with a benefits cafeteria including Multisport and Luxmed medical care.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects and external entities
• Experience with projects related to applications, system integrations, and CRM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in English at minimum B2 level
• Familiarity with fixed price and time and material contract models
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to manage project schedule, scope, budget, and risks effectively
• Strong stakeholder management with business and technical teams
• Ability to prioritize project tasks assertively
• Independent, responsible, and proactive work approach
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Certification in project management (e.g., AgilePM, PRINCE2 or similar)

• Independently managing projects from initiation through planning to implementation
• Defining scope, schedule, budget, and project risks
• Collaborating with external suppliers and internal teams
• Organizing and conducting project meetings
• Measuring and reporting business impact of implementations
• Monitoring project progress and reporting status to key decision-makers
• Maintaining project documentation quality and compliance with methodologies
