Account Manager

KERRIS is a digital and social media agency with 13 years of experience, working primarily with major FMCG brands such as OSHEE, Lisner, and Hortex. The agency focuses on performance-driven creativity and campaign effectiveness, especially on platforms like TikTok and Meta. The Performance team ensures campaigns translate into real sales and maximize ROAS.

• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within a digital or social media agency
• Business-oriented project management skills including budget control and client growth
• Native use of AI tools for automation, research, and time optimization
• Excellent time management, methodical task planning, and team process organization
• Proven multitasking ability in managing multiple digital projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships and teamwork
• High level of ownership and proactivity in project responsibility
• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations, cost estimates, and scheduling
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience on photo shoots
• Experience in influencer marketing

• Independently execute digital projects, especially in social media and TikTok
• Coordinate occasional ATL projects
• Control internal and external project costs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and seek growth opportunities
• Prepare presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries
• Ensure quality and timeliness of project delivery
• Assign tasks, brief teams, and verify task execution quality
• Collaborate closely with the Account Director to develop the CS department
• Collaborate across agency departments, mainly Creation and Performance
