Technical Support Specialist with German

Peoplemore P.S.A. is a technological company composing teams for projects that involve UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile development, working directly for clients and partners internationally.

• Very good command of German
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge of XML and XML document structures
• Experience with JIRA or another ticketing system
• Knowledge of German invoices and their structure
• Ability to analyze problems and independently handle support requests
• Good organizational and communication skills when working with clients and business partners
• Willingness to learn EDI, e-invoicing, and integration-related processes

• Handling and analyzing requests in a ticket-based support environment
• Onboarding client partners and guiding them through connection processes
• Informing clients upon successful partner connections
• Analyzing issues and requests reported by client partners
• Independently resolving recurring tickets and escalating complex cases to 2nd and 3rd line support
• Analyzing messages and assisting partners in identifying causes of errors
• Working with translation maps to identify potential issues
• Moving partners from test to production environments and making configuration changes
• Cooperating with technical teams
• Handling communication via email and JIRA
• Updating project documentation
• Reporting the status of partner connections and ongoing work to the client
• Escalating cases lacking cooperation from partners
