SharePoint SME / 3 rd Line Technical Specialist

YourITeams is an IT product and service company employing between 51 and 200 people, founded in 2022.

• Demonstrable experience with SharePoint Server 2019 and Subscription Edition, including upgrades and migrations.
• Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and governance.
• Experience developing with SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 stack including OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online, and hybrid integration patterns (desirable).
• Experience integrating SharePoint with third-party systems and APIs.
• Experience building automations and solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) (desirable).
• Exposure to AI capabilities like Microsoft Copilot (advantage).
• Relevant certifications preferred:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
  • Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
  • Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
  • Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Serve as the 3rd line escalation point for complex SharePoint incidents and requests.
• Lead and manage SharePoint Server 2019 to Subscription Edition upgrade projects including planning, testing, execution, and post-upgrade validation.
• Operate, support, and optimize SharePoint Online within the Microsoft 365 tenant ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Administer on-premises SharePoint environments and hybrid configurations.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues between SharePoint and third-party systems like ServiceNow, CRM, and HR platforms.
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions and customizations using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and related client-side technologies.
• Develop and maintain automations and application components using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to define requirements, perform acceptance testing, and implement changes.
• Document architecture, operational procedures, and runbooks for platform management and knowledge transfer.
