Citigroup is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to provide critical support for in-country local applications in Kazakhstan, collaborating with local vendors, regulators, and user teams. The role involves software development with a focus on secure, extensible design, code quality, and troubleshooting, using technologies like .Net framework, C#.Net, ASP.net, and working with databases such as MSSQL and Oracle. The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid working model.
Wymagania
- Fluent in Russian and English for effective communication with local vendors, regulators, and user teams.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering software applications or products.
- Proven experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing software projects.
- Knowledge of consulting and project management techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Technical skills including .Net framework, C#.Net, ASP.net, MSSQL, Oracle, Redis, Kafka, IBM MQ, Linux RHEL, Windows, and development tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Maven, BitBucket, Git, and uDeploy.

- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs with extensible low-level design and appropriate abstraction.
- Write modular, extensible, readable, performant, and secured code.
- Participate actively in code reviews.
- Prioritize application security by following secure design architecture and security standards.
- Create technical solution artifacts, code review records, and deployment plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues identified during static analysis, penetration testing, or deployment.
- Apply advanced language constructs, design principles, design patterns, libraries, frameworks, and performance/scalability concepts.
