Proxy Product Owner [K/M]

• Experience as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner.
• Ability to create and maintain product vision and roadmap.
• Advanced experience in product backlog management and value-based prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and practical experience working with Scrum teams.
• Ability to create comprehensive User Stories and manage requirements.
• Experience managing stakeholders and building business relationships.
• Familiarity with tools Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of product and business metrics (KPI, OKR, NPS, ROI, TTM).
• Agile/Scrum certification (e.g. PSPO II or equivalent).
• Good understanding of technology, integration, and API.
• Experience conducting discovery and user needs analysis.
• Experience in change management and working with organizational resistance.
• Participation in commercial product implementations in the insurance sector.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode in Warsaw.

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing EIS or Guidewire systems.
• Collaboration experience with UX and knowledge of design processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and log analysis.
• Ability to conduct Story Mapping and Event Storming workshops.
• Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools.
• Experience running A/B testing and product experiments.
• Advanced Agile certifications such as PSM II, SAFe, LeSS.
• Use of AI solutions in product work, needs analysis, and backlog management.

• Define and develop product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Manage product backlog, prioritization, and requirements transparency.
• Create and refine User Stories and break down requirements into releasable elements.
• Make product decisions and manage trade-offs between scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Conduct discovery activities, workshops, and user needs analysis.
• Define product goals, success criteria, and monitor business value delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and suppliers.
• Analyze and monitor product and business metrics (KPI, OKR, NPS, ROI, TTM).
• Support product release planning and execution.
• Coordinate cooperation between business and technology areas.
• Manage change and resolve conflicts between business and IT.
• Own the success of end-to-end product deployments.
