Desktop Support Technician - IT, Level 2

Frontiers Open Science is a local office employing approximately 30 people, focusing on enabling employees with reliable technology and responsive IT support.

• Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage IT inventory and equipment deployment
• Capability to conduct training sessions for end users
• Ability to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs)

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Maintain and deploy IT equipment
• Proactively resolve technical challenges impacting day-to-day operations
• Manage accurate and up-to-date IT inventory
• Conduct effective training sessions to reduce support requests
• Meet or exceed SLAs for response and resolution times
• Ensure high customer satisfaction as measured by feedback surveys
• Take ownership of local IT operations
