Senior Test Manager/QA Lead (K/M)

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance, managing teams, coaching, and development.
• Domain knowledge in finance, with advantage in Mortgage area.
• Experience with test management tools and managing functional, non-functional, E2E tests, automation, test environments, and test data.
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and reporting system, integration, and UAT tests, including dashboard and presentation preparation.
• Documented experience managing end-to-end projects, especially involving test automation.
• Familiarity with testing web solutions and APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of Spark, Scala, and SAFe is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of legacy systems challenges.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with technologies such as Java, Kafka, C#, WebLogic, SQL, and mainframe (COBOL, ASP).
• Proficiency with QA tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, qTest, Power BI, and Jira.
• Experience managing tests in mainframe environments is highly desirable.

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI in testing and test automation.
• Knowledge and experience in non-functional testing.

• Coordinate QA activities within ART and multiple Scrum teams.
• Plan, organize, and supervise functional, non-functional, integration, and E2E testing.
• Ensure test execution according to processes and release readiness.
• Manage test strategy, tools, testing environments, and test data.
• Lead test automation efforts and increase coverage.
• Monitor and report test status, quality, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders.
• Identify and remove QA blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with ART Leadership, Product Management, Business, Architecture, Release Management, and Scrum teams.
• Implement continuous improvement and best practices in QA.
• Coach and develop teams, identifying competency gaps.
• Ensure completeness of test evidence before deployment.
• Support release readiness assessment and provide quality metrics for sign-off.
