Fullstack Software Engineer (Java/Kotlin, TypeScript) - Omnichannel Retail Logistics (B2B)

dmTECH to ponad 1 400 ekspertek i ekspertów tworzących rozwiązania retailTECH dla koncernu dm, jednej z największych europejskich sieci drogerii, działających w Niemczech, Austrii i Polsce. Zespół Omnichannel Retail Logistics rozwija i optymalizuje cyfrowe rozwiązania wspierające procesy logistyczne w modelu omnichannel dla sklepu internetowego dm i aplikacji mobilnej.

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Practical experience implementing microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Good knowledge of Kotlin, Java, and enterprise frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Experience in frontend development using TypeScript and Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Familiarity with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; experience with GitLab preferred.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Basic knowledge and responsible use of AI-assisted software development tools.
• Experience working in agile environments and readiness to independently lead agreed topics.
• Self-reliance and solution-oriented approach.
• Methodical and careful software design and development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and software development methods.
• Very good command of Polish and English (C1).

• Develop and maintain services supporting online and express order management.
• Design integrations between online stores, distribution centers, dm stores, and courier services based on event-driven architecture.
• Translate logistics process requirements into stable, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
• Support the quality and ongoing development of applications alongside the product team.
• Collaborate with dm business units and technology partners on refining requirements and developing logistics solutions.
• Develop cloud-native applications and support integration with GCP services.
• Use AI tools consciously and responsibly to support software development.
