• Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience (health sector experience is a plus).
• At least 2 years in an analytical role involving business process modeling and requirements specification using UML.
• Experience participating in testing processes and cooperation with testing teams.
• Practical experience with BPMN, UML, and Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases (RDBMS) for data analysis, query creation, optimization, and data model analysis.
• Experience in large IT systems for the public sector (health sector experience is a plus).
• Experience in analyzing tender materials and knowledge of Public Procurement Law.
• Ability to find solutions and work independently.
• Very good self-organization.

Nice to have:

• Experience as a lead analyst and knowledge of NFZ business processes.
• Current CCBA or CBAP certification or equivalent.
