Project Manager - E-commerce

UNIFORMIX MARCIN BŁĘDOWSKI SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWO-AKCYJNA is seeking a Project Manager to manage projects related to the development of their e-commerce store based on Magento located in Bażanowice (pow. cieszyński), Poland.

• Practical and very good knowledge of Magento (mandatory)
• Experience in developing or maintaining online stores based on Magento
• Experience managing projects, especially related to e-commerce, IT, or website development
• Excellent ability to manage many tasks and projects simultaneously
• Skill in setting priorities and consistently meeting deadlines
• Ability to create clear backlogs, schedules, and task lists
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete tasks for technical teams
• Ability to enforce task fulfillment
• Independence, responsibility, and very good organization skills
• Accuracy and ability to complete projects
• Fluent communication with technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Monday.com or similar tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello
• Experience as a Project Manager or E-commerce Project Manager
• Experience cooperating with software houses or external development teams
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI and e-commerce analytics

• Managing projects related to the development of the online store based on Magento
• Planning and coordinating deployments of new functionalities and changes in the shop
• Creating and maintaining task backlogs
• Breaking down large projects into specific tasks, setting priorities, deadlines, and responsible persons
• Managing multiple simultaneous tasks
• Ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed
• Coordinating work between UX, IT teams, and external contractors
• Preparing detailed briefs and task descriptions for programmers and other contractors
• Verifying correctness of implemented changes and releases
• Testing new functionalities before launch
• Identifying errors and areas for improvement in the store
• Monitoring project progress and reporting status
• Organizing processes related to site development and team work
• Working with Monday.com project management system
