Wymagania

  • Several years of experience in ESG, sustainable development reporting, carbon accounting, EHS/compliance, or environmental data analysis.
  • Practical knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, GHG Protocol, and Scope 3 emissions.
  • Familiarity with basics of LCA/Product Carbon Footprint and ability to work with environmental and production data.
  • Experience in reporting or assessments related to EcoVadis, CDP, UN Global Compact, or similar ESG initiatives.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business impact, identifying relevant areas and estimating risk in collaboration with teams.
  • Proficient use of Excel and/or BI tools and experience working with data from ERP systems and production environments.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
  • Analytical approach, attention to detail, and capability to build reliable data and processes meeting the requirements of auditors, clients, and investors.

Obowiązki

  • Collect, verify, and analyze ESG data from production plants and business departments as the foundation for all reports.
  • Ensure data quality and reliability by collaborating with plants, auditors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Develop the organization's carbon footprint calculation (Scope 1, 2, 3 per GHG Protocol) and coordinate analyses of LCA and Product Carbon Footprint for selected products.
  • Support responses to client inquiries about ESG, emissions, and product carbon footprints.
  • Manage the annual ESG reporting cycle in accordance with CSRD and ESRS, including peak workload during reporting seasons.
  • Prepare assessments and reports within EcoVadis, CDP, and UN Global Compact frameworks on their respective annual schedules.
  • Develop standards and processes to ensure ESG data meets auditor, client, and investor requirements.
  • Analyze new and upcoming regulations for their impact on the Group's operations, identifying affected products, processes, and segments, and estimating risk levels in cooperation with business and finance teams.
