• Higher education, preferably in computer science, electronics, mathematics, or economics
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in treasury systems development or maintenance, including at least 2 years in IT team management
• Experience in IT project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Good knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT maintenance processes (ITIL/ITSM)
• Practical understanding of treasury products and processes and experience working with central banking systems
• Experience in business-system analysis as well as system parametrization and configuration
• Practical knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries
• Experience with system monitoring and administration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL Management Studio, and SQL Developer
• Knowledge of system integration concepts including REST, SOAP, ESB, and MQ
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Independence, responsibility, good organizational skills, and ability to work under time pressure

• Manage IT team by organizing and coordinating work as well as prioritizing operational, maintenance, and project tasks
• Ensure development, maintenance, and high availability of systems including Calypso, def3000/TR, and Kondor+
• Oversee incident handling and emergency situations to guarantee business continuity
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor development and maintenance initiatives considering scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Conduct business and system analyses and supervise system configuration, parametrization, and optimization
• Prepare and review project and procurement documentation and participate in tender committees
• Ensure compliance of systems and operational processes with internal regulations and supervisory authority requirements (KNF, EBA, DORA, RODO)
• Participate in designing and verifying IT solution architectures according to standards and security requirements
• Develop team competencies via mentoring, coaching, career path planning, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback
• Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, administrators, testers, security teams, and project managers
• Manage cooperation with external suppliers, including supervision of service-level agreements (SLA) and development contracts
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI), IT service quality, and operational and project goals
