• Higher technical education or related field and minimum 2 years of experience in end-user environment administration, device management, or endpoint security.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, Windows 10/11, and macOS.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, GPO, and device configuration and compliance principles.
• Experience with endpoint protection tools such as ESET, EDR, or antivirus.
• Ability to diagnose system, hardware, application, and security issues in the work environment.
• Competence in technical documentation, end-user support, and collaboration with IT and Security teams.
• Technical English proficiency for documentation and vendor communication.
• Self-reliance, good organization, proactivity, and willingness to develop in digital workspace and cybersecurity areas.

• Administer and develop the digital workspace environment, including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, BitLocker, and MDM tools.
• Manage Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices covering configuration, compliance, security, and lifecycle.
• Create and maintain configuration policies, compliance standards, patch management, and endpoint security norms.
• Administer workstation and mobile device protection tools such as ESET and EDR/antivirus solutions.
• Conduct initial security analysis of new applications regarding permissions, data access, and workspace impact.
• Analyze incidents related to devices, accounts, applications, and collaborate with the Security team.
• Provide 2nd line support, cooperate with Service Desk, and create documentation, procedures, and standards.
• Automate repetitive tasks and participate in projects concerning digital workspace and user environment security.
