• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of responsibility, engagement, and self-organization.
• Performing tasks in accordance with established procedures and rules.
• Punctuality.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

• Handling incident reports in the client's ticketing system.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software technical problems.
• Installing and inventorying IT equipment.
• Diagnosing damaged equipment and supervising repairs, including external repairs.
• Supervising end-user infrastructure including workstations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Ensuring the highest quality of provided services.
• Managing the receipt and installation of hardware orders.
• Ensuring continuity of entrusted services and processes.
