IT Delivery Manager

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or technical Presales role.
• Ability to effectively lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical background sufficient to design IT solution architectures and engage in technical discussions.
• Experience in direct client contact and conducting presales activities.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level in spoken and written form.
• Native-level Polish language skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Managing a portfolio of multiple technology projects from concept to deployment.
• Designing technical solutions tailored to client business requirements.
• Leading direct discussions, workshops, and negotiations with clients at business and technical levels.
• Performing technical presales tasks, including preparing solution concepts, pricing, offers, and presentations.
• Actively seeking opportunities for development of existing projects and supporting acquisition of new initiatives.
• Supervising project schedules, budgets, and quality of delivered solutions.
