Working Student – IT Support

Falck Digital Technology Poland Sp. z o.o. is a company based in Warsaw focusing on digital technology solutions.

• Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
• Interest and experience in a standard PC environment
• Experience working with Windows 11
• Understanding of PC hardware, its connections, and operations
• Service-minded with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Well-structured and interested in learning, understanding, and improving internal processes
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and computer networks is an advantage

• Manage stock of company PCs, accessories, mobile phones, and assist with disposal of old hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform PC reinstalls
• Support office printers
• Support audio-video equipment in conference rooms
• Prepare workplaces for new employees (PCs, monitors, docking stations, cables etc.)
• Support network troubleshooting between ISP and company network department
• Create incidents/service requests to company support teams

Work is part-time (20 hours per week) and onsite in Warsaw.
