Senior UX/UI Designer

Comarch specializes in integrating complex ERP business processes with modern CRM systems. The role involves working on Design Systems that serve as a foundation for Agentic AI which generates frontend code in Angular.

• Minimum 2 years experience designing B2B systems with portfolio of complex business apps (CRM, ERP, FinTech).
• Practical knowledge of Design Thinking methodology, usability testing, and information architecture in B2B environments.
• Knowledge of market leaders such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, and HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating advanced reusable components and libraries (Design Ops).
• Understanding of 3-layer architecture and interface communication with APIs.
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2).
• High organizational skills, creativity, and teamwork ability.

• Conduct usability testing and verify mockups with end users.
• Design ergonomic web solutions focusing on click reduction and intelligent dashboards.
• Design ERP/CRM processes based on user research and market best practices.
• Build and supervise the Design System, creating UX-tested components for AI implementation.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to review AI-generated pixel-perfect code.
