Project Manager (K/M)

FFT Produktionssysteme Polska Sp. z o.o. is part of the German conglomerate FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH, a leader in the automotive industry specializing in planning and implementing automated production lines. The company collaborates directly as a general contractor with OEMs such as VW, BMW, and Daimler worldwide.

• Technical education, preferably electrical engineering, mechanics and machine construction, mechatronics, automation, robotics, or related fields
• Availability for international travel (about 50% of time)
• Experience in a similar position; automotive industry experience preferred
• Ability to build long-term, partnership business relations
• Good organization of own work and team, prioritization skills, problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing a team
• Ability to read technical documentation and drawings
• Knowledge of the German language
• Valid driving license category B

• Supervise project works and ensure installations comply with technical documentation and client standards
• Allocate tasks and oversee progress of work
• Ensure timely project delivery according to schedule
• Maintain direct contact with clients on project matters
• Calculate inquiries and monitor costs
• Create and implement project instructions and procedures
• Schedule projects concerning personnel
• Report on project progress
