Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as System Architect, Software Architect, or Solution Architect
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with migration from monolithic to microservices architecture
- Experience designing distributed architectures
- Practical knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, API Governance
- Experience in observability
- Ability to conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring
- English language skills at minimum B2 level (mostly technical documentation, occasional meetings with foreign vendors)

- Creating and developing the system architecture for a strategic business system
- Active programming in Java and Spring Boot
- Designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed solutions
- Co-creating migration strategy from monolithic to microservices architecture
- Designing solutions based on Event-Driven Architecture
- Supporting development teams with architectural decisions
- Conducting code reviews, mentoring, and technical workshops
- Co-creating technology roadmaps and assessing architectural risks
- Ensuring adherence to technological standards and solution quality
- Collaborating with architects, developers, analysts, QA, and Product Delivery Managers
