Full Stack Engineer

The product focuses on high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion, targeting over ~90% reduced time in daily task completion. The team is lean and world-class, balancing high-quality output with fast iteration and high autonomy for engineers.

• Proven strong full stack experience building end-to-end features.
• Solid understanding of API architecture, data flow, and distributed system fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI-powered features in production.
• Ability to take feature ownership from concept through design to production deployment.
• Pragmatic mindset comfortable with engineering choices in fast-moving environments.

• Build features across the frontend, backend, and AI integration layers.
• Design agent workflows handling multi-step planning, tool execution, failure modes, and self-recovery.
• Engineer responsive systems with streaming, partial results, and tight latency constraints.
• Integrate LLMs, memory, and third-party tools into consistently performing systems.
• Build fallback mechanisms and continuously improve system success rates using evaluation metrics and user telemetry.
