Infrastructure Administrator (VTOM/Linux/Windows) with French

Sopra Steria is a major tech company operating in nearly 30 countries with over 55,000 employees. The Polish Global Delivery Center in Katowice, established in 2007, currently has around 1,000 specialists. The Digital Platform Services department specializes in cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, and security. The Application Services department focuses on software development, data engineering, testing, CRM, ITSM, and ERP platform integrations, serving customers in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.

• Very good command of French (min. B1/B2) for effective communication.
• Proven experience in N2-level application support or application administration.
• Experience coordinating technical activities across multiple teams and working with various stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including incident management and root cause analysis.
• Experience working in production and/or integration environments.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of VTOM.

• Act as an Integrator N3 for business applications, ensuring integration, stability, and coordination between technical and operational teams.
• Provide N2-level application support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate and drive resolution of complex incidents, changes, and integration activities across multiple teams.
• Monitor and improve application performance, availability, and reliability in production and integration environments.
• Support and administer Linux, Windows, and VTOM environments to ensure seamless application operations.

Candidates must be located in Poland and available for occasional visits to the office in Katowice.
