Medicover is hiring a Digital Business Analyst to support their digital analytics team in understanding online sales results, user behavior, and the effectiveness of digital activities.
Wymagania
- Experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or business analytics.
- Very good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and ability to analyze data independently.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear business conclusions and recommendations.
- Good understanding of conversion rates, sales funnels, traffic sources, and user behavior.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in creating and developing reports or dashboards in analytical and reporting tools.
- Basic practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including configuration and verification of simple events.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and basic concepts of organic traffic analysis.
- Communication-level English to work with documentation and participate in meetings.
- Independence, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving approach.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with BigQuery.
- Experience in automating reporting and analytical processes.
- Experience in mobile app analytics, e.g., using GA4 / Firebase.
- Knowledge of market and competition analysis tools, e.g., Ahrefs or Semrush.
Obowiązki
- Analyze online sales and key e-commerce metrics to identify causes of changes.
- Create and automate reports and dashboards.
- Work with data from various digital and sales sources.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses, presentations, and business recommendations based on data.
- Support the development of mobile application analytics and report key KPIs.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data used in analyses and reporting.
- Analyze selected data regarding market, competition, and digital activity effectiveness.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
